I've had problems with my refund balance after several sellers didn't deliver their orders, and I'm also having trouble with the identity verification process needed to withdraw funds. Been waiting over 4 weeks for any response to my support ticket and still nothing. Tried to close the ticket myself but it won't let me. Really poor customer service.

easy to buy and sell on buff, process is straightforward. no issues with buff itself but it's annoying when I can't remember my steam login details during a trade

I really hope peer to peer becomes the norm for CS trading and purchases. Using third party sites where you have to list items and send them to bots always feels sketchy to me. Direct cash transactions where both buyers and sellers have better security will always be superior. P2P trading just makes more sense overall.

The interface is pretty user friendly and they have good features like deals which makes it a solid place for trading skins. The fees are reasonable, not too high but they could def be a bit lower
