My orders keep getting cancelled by sellers and the worst part is they wont let me withdraw my money that i deposited, so now i got funds just sitting there locked on the site doing nothing. And when i try to spend what i already have on something close to my balance, it makes me deposit the minimum amount again.. so basically im just stuck in this never ending loop of having to keep depositing more money. Really frustrating honestly.
I've had problems with my refund balance after several sellers didn't deliver their orders, and I'm also having trouble with the identity verification process needed to withdraw funds. Support is taking way too long to respond and I really need this sorted out. If you're looking to trade quickly, I'd suggest being cautious about using this site.
Been waiting over 4 weeks for any response to my support ticket and still nothing. Tried to close the ticket myself but it won't let me. Really poor customer service.
easy to buy and sell on buff, process is straightforward. no issues with buff itself but it's annoying when I can't remember my steam login details during a trade
