I was having fun playing on my account. You win some, you lose some - that's just how casinos work. But then I woke up and saw my account got blocked for multi-accounting. I think this happened because my brother was also playing on his own account using our shared computer. When I contacted support, they wouldn't show me any evidence and told me I couldn't appeal the decision. They don't seem to care that in my country we only get electricity for a few hours daily, that our IP address changes almost every day because of constant attacks on our power grid, etc. If they can block my account with no proof, what's stopping them from blocking yours too? Really bad experience

TOTAL SCAM! I had 150$ in my account and placed 10$ bet on wheel. I actually won but somehow i LOST 80$ FROM MY BALANCE. Support is useless. I contacted them and they just said "try refreshing your browser" lol. Complete scam.

Before this change, anyone could participate in opening these crates which was a small but enjoyable daily routine, whether you had the game or not. Making players purchase Rust just to access what used to be a basic feature feels overly restrictive and pointless.This change has transformed what was a pleasant daily ritual into something frustrating for users who don't have the game. It puts off potential new players and pushes away those who used to enjoy this free daily activity. All in all, this feels like a step backwards that makes a feature people used to look forward to much less appealing.
