Bought a Supa Dupa Fly Cap for like 143$ using LTC. After a few days it just disappeared from my inventory with zero compensation. Opened a support ticket and waited 2-3 hrs for a response only to get: "sorry it's past our 3 day warranty so no refund. we banned the seller tho".Never saw ANY warning about this 3 day warranty period anywhere on the site. If I'd known about this I would've traded or sold the item immediately. Asked them in the ticket where this 3 day policy was mentioned and how I could get my money back but they just ignored me completely.Used to order from them years ago without issues but now they're running this shady warranty scam. Don't waste your money here - they'll take your cash and you'll end up with nothing.
