stay far away from 500 Casino's sports betting, especially Over/Under VAR bets. threw away so much cash on this site and the one time i actually manage to win something, they dig up some obscure loophole buried in their tiny rulebook to snatch it back lolmy bet was O 0.5 VAR, and apparently i lost because the referee didnt make a little BOX shape with his hands. like are you serious?? VAR was literally used to cancel a penalty because of an offside, but none of that counts apparently unless the ref does some specific hand gesture in the air like hes conducting an orchestra or somethingso what, a knockout in boxing doesnt count unless the guy falls asleep?? does a goal only count if the goalkeeper does a cartwheel first?? these rules are completely made up on the spot just so they dont have to pay out winners. its the most ridiculous thing ive ever seen from a betting sitewasted so much money there and the one time luck actually goes my way they invent reasons to take it back. absolute scam operation. would never recommend 500 Casino to literally anyone, dont even bother with this site

this site is absolutely trash, you never win anything. theres no way the odds are fair i lost 15 times in a row on 50/50 dice which shouldnt even be possible and blackjack is a complete joke i dont think ive won a single hand and im already level 325. spent more than 500 dollars and havent come close to getting anything back. stay away from 500 Casino its literally just throwing your money away for nothing.

I have a massive issue with this casino. I was playing the crash game and I've literally played thousands of rounds. I play big amounts anywhere from 2 to 80 dollar rounds. This time I'm playing 15 dollar rounds and there's no problems whatsoever, no connection issues nothing when all the rounds are crashing at like 1x to 2.5x. Then all of a sudden the next round my bet button gets greyed out and it won't let me bet. The timer showed 6 seconds left to bet when I'm clicking it and it's not letting me bet that one round. Yeah, guess what happens, it crashes at 45x. I'm someone that cashes out high all the time usually 25x +. So I'm under the assumption their system knew that round was coming up and I was betting 15 dollars a round at the time so it didn't let me bet. Cost me 350 dollars minimum. I notified support because I wanted an explanation and they told me it's a connection issue on my end for the round. That's complete crap, I have high speed internet and funny I've never had a connection issue on all the rounds I bet and it crashed at 1 to 2.5x and took all my money, literally thousands of them. The one round I would of cashed over 350 I get a connection issue. Ok, sure so I'm to believe it was just a coincidence it did it on a 45x round, the first one in like 50 rounds. I told support I'm 100% certain it was manipulated and they said it's not possible, but come on that's not a coincidence that's intentional. They can and will control their games, they know the outcomes beforehand and if it's gonna cost them too much they will block your bet from going through. I got nothing in return at all besides support trying to play me for a fool and I know better. I could see maybe it was a connection issue if it had happened before but never in thousands of rounds and just so happens on a high round. No coincidences like that don't just happen, the casino tracks all your playstyle, knew a high round was coming up and I would cash above 25x and it would cost them over 350 dollars so blocked the bet. Shady casino ran by shady people. You can bet only when they want you to and only if it won't cost them. Everything is known to them by their "secret seed" that's not verifiable until the day after its used. Follow up to your answer: umm actually I was the only one playing your crash game at the time and I've never seen in thousands of rounds playing anyone win thousands of dollars on it. It would be very easy for it to know what's coming up since I was the only one. If you aren't trying to cheat me out of my winning then why did it block my bet button for the round with 6 seconds left on the timer and I had full internet connection at the time. I checked all my specs at the exact moment and I was running 850 mb/s with 0 connection interruptions, I said I have very fast internet. Every round I bet before that where it crashed at 1x 12 times in a row never blocked my bet. Not until the round crashed at 45x did it decide and block my bet. You can say whatever you want but this was no coincidence, it was intentional and the fact that nobody has done anything to try and make it somewhat right speaks volumes of how you value your vip players who lose thousands a week in your casino like me. Like i said I've played thousands of rounds of crash and never once have I ever had a connection interruption until i was betting higher and I always cash out at high multipliers. To your other point about the house always knowing the round beforehand, that answers it right there about whether it could block my bet or not. It's obviously yes it knew the round was going to be 45x and I was betting 15 a round and always cash out above 25x, and it absolutely blocked my ability to bet on that round. Funny how right after that my bet button was opened back up and I could bet the very next rounds that all crashed under 1.8x. I was cheated out of a minimum of 350 dollars, you know it, and nobody tried to do anything to make it right even with me being a vip on the site having wagered 100s of thousands this month alone.
