Signed up and played for about 24 hours, managed to win some cash and requested a withdrawal. They made me complete KYC verification levels 1 and 2. After I finished all the verification they claimed I had multiple accounts and decided to confiscate my winnings. This is definitely my first and only account with them. When I ask for proof they just refuse to show any evidence. They keep insisting I have two accounts but I know for certain this is my only one. I placed a bet on Dota and during the match my team got connection issues and they were disqualified. Later that evening I bet on another Dota game and same thing happened - one team had connection problems and got disqualified. I contacted them to understand their policy on this. Their response was: "Our provider decided to take a different approach here since the team never took the lead." So basically the outcome depends on someones subjective opinion. Both games should have been voided but instead they base decisions on personal feelings since no one can be truly objective. I recommend using different sites where your bets get voided in these situations.
