TrustPlay shows site reliability in two ways: verification badges and Trust Scores. They measure different things.
Trust Scores are algorithmic. They reflect community reviews and site performance over time. Learn more about how Trust Scores work.
Verification badges are editorial. They mean our team has personally tested the site.
We create accounts, make real deposits and withdrawals, test across devices, and contact customer support. We also run unannounced tests without telling the site, try different payment methods, and check performance during busy and quiet periods.
On the security side, we check encryption, two-factor authentication options, ID verification processes, and how sites handle your personal data.
Verified
We've tested this site and found it secure and reliable. Payments and deliveries work as expected, support is responsive, and business practices are fair.
Not Verified
We haven't completed our verification process for this site yet. This isn't a judgment either way.
Warning
The site works, but something concerns us. This could be inconsistent delivery times, poor support, or integrity issues, such as being flagged by Trustpilot for suspicious reviews. Use with caution.
Blacklisted
We found serious problems, including missing deliveries, payment failures, reported scams, and security issues. Avoid entirely.
Verification tells you whether a site passed our hands-on testing. Trust Scores tell you what thousands of users experienced over time. Check both before using a new platform.
We recheck verified sites periodically and update badges when needed. A site that was verified six months ago can lose that status if problems emerge.
