I bought an account through ZeusX and got sent the wrong one, which turned out to be banned. Reached out asking for either a refund or a replacement account and got completely ignored/refused. Absolute joke of a service, wouldn't trust this site with your money.

Purchased an account and the seller did hand over a gmail at first but then went and changed the game email afterwards so i was completely locked out and couldnt do anything. Reached out to support about it and all they said was its their final decision and they wont be giving me my money back. Absolute joke thats all they had to say about it

this site is complete garbage they claim average wait time is 1 hour but ive been sitting here for over a day now the seller BloxVerse is literally the slowest scammer ever i could see him online and he just ignored me completely i need my refund immediately!!!

I bought a Genshin Impact reroll account from ZeusX. When I bought it they told me I could change the password after playing for a while, but nobody bothered to mention that until then someone else who had the login info before could still get into the account. 16 days after buying it, and I still couldn't change the password, someone accessed my account from devices that aren't mine (iPhone 13, iPhone 15.5, MS-7E07). They used up my saved resources in the game, set the birthday, and changed a bunch of account stuff like my in-game ID and party setup. I'm a Korean user and I only log in from my own devices. I definitely didn't make any of these changes. I reached out to both the seller and ZeusX support with proof of what happened. Their response? No refunds and no compensation whatsoever. Just posting this so other people know what they're getting into when they buy accounts that you can't even secure right away.

What is ZeusX’s refund policy?

Under the ZeusX Guarantee, refunds are issued in the following three cases, namely if the item does not arrive, if it does not work, or if it does not match the listing description. You can file a claim within 48 hours after the item is marked as Delivered. Submitting a help request pauses the 2-day auto-completion timer. ZeusX will hold payment until a decision is made. You have 7 days to respond to inquiries, and if you miss this deadline, your claim may be rejected. No refunds will be issued after you click Good Delivery.

What does it cost to sell?

ZeusX's seller fees range from 5% to 10%. Fees for top-ups and E-PINs are 5%. Fees for accounts, in-game items, game coins, and game services range from 5% to 10%, depending on the seller's tier. Fees are deducted from the seller's payment after a sale is completed. Sellers who list items in the wrong category to get a lower fee will be subject to penalties.
