Z2U buyers may be required to pay an add-on fee in some categories. Since Z2U adds this fee to the price set by the seller, the listing page already displays a higher price. Z2U uses the example of a seller charging $100 in a category with a 10% add-on fee to illustrate this. The price displayed to the buyer is $110, and the seller receives $91 after a 9% fee is deducted. For credit card payments, an additional 3.5% fee and $0.30 are charged.

Z2U does not publicly disclose its support hours. Support is provided through the Support Center's ticket form. Additionally, separate email addresses are provided for customer service, merchants, and dispute resolution.

Z2U's order processing fee ranges from 5% to 9% and is deducted from the seller's earnings. For new stores, the rate is 9%. The higher the store level, the lower the fee. For certain games, Z2U sets a separate rate, which is clearly stated on the product management page. There are no fees for registration or listing items. For some products, sellers are required to pay a security deposit in advance, with a minimum deposit of $100.

The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method. It is $10 for PayPal, $20 for Payoneer, and $50 for bank transfer. For USDT, it is $40 on TRC20 and $50 on the BNB Chain and Ethereum. For Bitcoin, it is $90, and for local bank transfers in Chinese Yuan (CNY), it is $100.

Withdrawal fees vary depending on the method. PayPal charges 2.99% + $0.99, and Payoneer charges 2.99% + $2.99. Bank transfers incur a 3.99% fee, plus a separate fee of approximately $3 to $15 charged by the receiving bank. USDT withdrawals incur a fee of 3.99% + $3, while Bitcoin withdrawals incur a fee of 3.99% + 0.0003 BTC. Withdrawals in currencies other than the U.S. dollar are subject to a 3% currency exchange fee.

According to Z2U, withdrawals take 3 to 7 working days to process. Withdrawals requested before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) will be paid out by 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Withdrawals exceeding $1,000 may take up to one week. Earnings are initially frozen for a certain period, though the duration varies depending on the merchant level and product.
