Purchased a skin, trade offer got rejected, and now I'm worried I won't get my money back since support isn't responding to my tickets at all.

Started off adding money to my account with my bank card. Then I messaged them on Discord because there was an error showing on their site. They told me I did NOT pass some verification thing and demanded a photo of my bank card and some other document (I waited around 3 hours just for that reply, by the way). After I sent the pictures they asked for, which I took literally minutes before, the support guys said I didn't pass the PHOTOSHOP check?? As if I faked the photos? DON'T EVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY BACK. Looks like these guys delete negative feedback on their Discord server too
