Great marketplace! Even if youre not a big seller you can still get your listings on the front page which is nice. Sold some cs2 skins pretty quick

What is igitems’s refund policy?
If it has been less than 14 days since the purchase date, you can cancel an order that has not yet been delivered for any reason and receive a full refund. After delivery is complete, you can file a claim within 10 days of the order completion date. Claims will be accepted and a full refund issued if the item did not arrive or does not match the product description. If only part of the order was delivered, you will receive a refund for the part you did not receive. Game keys can only be returned within 24 hours and only if the key has not been revealed. To file a claim, you must wait 15 minutes after payment is complete. After 24 hours have passed, you can escalate the issue to igitems staff. igitems does not deduct any fees from refunds.

An undelivered order is refunded at 95% in money, or 100% as store credit; the missing 5% is kept whether or not the failure was the buyer's.
Sellers face a dispute resolution fee of up to $10 where igitems intervenes and finds against them, and a seller whose ban is lifted waits a month before any money owed can be withdrawn.
