Horrible service , they scam me and they didn’t help me at all with all the proofs I gave them , they do not answer me on the tickets or on the support service ! AVOID THOSE SCAMMERS

Wish I could add zero stars ! Horrible service ! It’s been more than 3 months that I’m trying with a problem I had , they retrieved an account that I bought from them , I gave every possible proof needed and they aren’t even answering and if they do answer they take 2-3 weeks for every answer and they aren’t helping at all ! I got every proof all the chats with the support team and everything ! Please if you can avoid them , avoid them!!!

I am a seller and did not violate the exchange's rules. However, as soon as my balance reached approximately $200, the exchange immediately blocked my account. Support is not responding; they are ignoring me. It’s a scam exchange. I do not recommend dealing with this site.

Absolutely terrible service - if the seller decides to scam you and does a chargeback, this platform won't lift a finger to help you out. Stay far away from using this site.

What is FunPay’s refund policy?

FunPay's rules outline the seller's obligations to the buyer in the event of a dispute. If the seller takes the account back, or if the currency was obtained illegally and the buyer is subject to sanctions, the refund amount will be up to 100%. If the account is suspended by the game operator solely because of the purchase, the refund amount will be up to 50%. Additionally, if the buyer is subject to sanctions due to the purchase of currency or items, the refund amount will be up to 50%. If a user's rating drops as a result of a boost service, compensation will be paid in addition to a full refund. If the seller stops the service without cause, only 50% of the amount for the completed work will be paid. If the seller is late, the payment amount will be reduced in proportion to the duration of the delay. According to FunPay, each dispute will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The price displayed to buyers includes both FunPay's fee and the payment provider's fee. This varies depending on the selected payment method. If an order is canceled, the payment provider's fee is not refunded. Refunds are credited to the FunPay balance, and no provider fee is charged when paying from that balance.

FunPay's service fee averages about 9%. In many categories, the fee is 3%, but in some categories, it is significantly higher. Fees are charged only on completed orders. Sellers receive the full amount they entered when listing the item, and the fee is added to the price paid by the buyer. If a seller issues a refund for an order, FunPay will also refund the fee.

How do withdrawals work at FunPay?

Funds are held for 48 hours after they appear in your FunPay balance. The 48 hours are counted per payment, so money that came in 7 hours ago has 41 hours left. Withdrawals themselves are processed within 48 hours. Sellers who verify their identity can ask to have the hold switched off, and FunPay says no to about 3% of them. Withdrawal fees vary depending on the payment method and can be viewed by clicking Withdraw on the Balance page.
