What TrustPlay players say

Most reviewers describe fast delivery, with orders finished within minutes or a day, and helpful support, including when selling accounts. In late 2025, one reviewer never received gold and got no reply from support, and another reported an unexpected charge. The newest reviews are positive again.

Your money at Chicks Gold

Read from the site's own pages and terms. Where a site publishes nothing, we say so.

What is Chicks Gold’s refund policy?

The terms answer this question twice and say opposite things. One clause states that Chicks Gold is not liable for non-delivery or defective digital content and that users have no right of chargeback for it. Another states that consumers keep the right to initiate chargebacks or seek refunds where content is not delivered as agreed or does not conform to the contract, citing the EU Digital Content Directive and listing repair, replacement, price reduction or termination with a full refund. Nothing reconciles them.

Two further clauses cost money. A cancellation or restocking fee is assessed case by case and deducted from any refund. And where an account is reclaimed by its original owner but promptly returned to the buyer, no refund is given.
