Ordered from them yesterday at 2:26 in the afternoon. Was told someone would get back to me in a few hours. Well its now the following day and still haven't heard anything back from them. Tried reaching out through their Chat feature multiple times with zero response.Guess I'm gonna have to call my credit card company and dispute this since they charged me but never actually provided any service.Stay away from this company!

This company used to be solid but something has changed and now it's a disaster. They reach out with special deals through their agents but when you actually pay for the service they suddenly can't fulfill your order and the deadline expires so you miss out on an activity they originally contacted you about instead of just handling it yourself or using a different service. Customer service won't fix the problem and they don't follow through on the compensation they promised. I'd suggest finding another service to use.
