Tried to withdraw a skin but got an error message. The trade has been stuck pending for nearly a week now and when I contacted their support team they just told me "Nothing we can do about it." Absolutely terrible experience with any case opening site and their customer service is even worse.

The interface is really smooth and animations look great. Support team is amazing too - they resolved my problem in just a few minutes and were very helpful. Withdrawals process instantly which is perfect. I've had some bad luck and some great wins but that's just how gambling goes. 10/10 would recommend.

Stay away from this site, save your cash instead. They will ban your account right when you try to cash out and give you no real explanation why, their support team is sarcastic and acts unprofessional. TERRIBLE SITE!

The site itself looks good, nice and clean, and the community manager is friendly enough. On the other hand, the rewards are really bad, the VIP host is basically useless (leaves you waiting days for a reply then gives back like 1% of big losses), and you can totally tell there's a script running cause even their sponsored streamers point it out.Wouldn't recommend throwing money away here.
