Bunch of scammers basically. They sell you bogus accounts and then drag their feet on fixing anything until the refund window closes.

Absolute scam artists. They took my in-game slave that I paid real money for and just disappeared. No refund, no explanation, customer service completely ignored my tickets. Don't trust this site with your hard-earned cash - they'll just rob you blind.

I tried buying an account from HellenWong who is one of their top sellers but I messed up and sent payment in USDT instead of USDC. Both are pegged to USD so same value but the system didnt recognize it since it was expecting USDC so my order got cancelled. The crypto did arrive in their wallet tho.I contacted HellenWong and said I can either get refunded (ill cover all their fees) and pay again in USDC or just complete the trade with what they already got if they dont mind. The seller barely speaks english and I only got generic replies like "pls contact g2g support for payment issue" and now they wont respond anymore.G2G support has been completely useless. They take forever to reply and keep asking for info Ive already given them multiple times. They tried to educate me that a "blockchain number" is 66 symbols long when I already sent them the txid (which is what they meant) 3 times already.So now my moneys gone, no product, and neither the seller or support will help. Scammed by both basically. Thanks for protecting scammers g2g. Never using this site again avoid at all costs.I know you cant access their wallet but I was hoping you could at least mediate and explain the situation to them since its obviously a whole sales team not just one person so someone there must have access to the wallet and can make decisions.

bought gpt account for 6 months but after 10 days the account stop working

G2G is full of scammers dont go there. when you buy gold or items, if your account doesnt get banned you will see how they scam people there. support is terrible they use bots not real people and they dont care about customers at all
