!!!!!massive red flag honestly, ran into my first real issue with csgocases.com and it was a huge disappointment, the support was absolutely useless like 0/10 they clearly didnt even bother reading my email properly and when they finally got back to me it felt like some copy paste AI response, nobody actually looked at what i was saying, would NOT recommend this site at all
complete waste of money honestly, the items you "win" are worth like half or less of what they go for on the actual cs2 market and then you cant even withdraw them anyway so whats the point?? lost all my cash and its just sitting there on csgocases.com with no way to transfer anything to my steam account total scam dont bother
This site is honestly great, way better than the other ones out there. Really good place to start out if ur looking to get into skins for the first time
honestly really impressed with this site, the prices are way better than most other case opening sites ive tried and the website layout is super clean and easy to navigate. deposited some money and got right into opening cases without any hassle. definitely gonna be using this more often, great experience overall
Great site with tons of different cases and really good value cases too. Love how the community can create their own cases which is awesome. 5 out of 5 stars
This site doesn't show the odds for their cases which is already a big red flag for me. I looked at some of their responses to similar complaints but they only show proof for user-created cases, not their own cases. They use fake animations to mess with your head (try making a case with 15% knife and 85% junk items - they'll show animations like its 50/50 chance for knife but you'll get trash 85% of the time, seems rigged to me). Because of these fake animations I'm also questioning if their winners section is real or just triggered by fake accounts. Most sites nowadays have Provably Fair systems where you can actually verify your rolls. Too many red flags on this one site.
CSGOCases is hands down the best case opening site I've used so far. Got a few of my dream skins quicker than I thought possible, mostly because their upgrader feature is absolutely fantastic. Really happy with everything, would definitely recommend giving it a try
CSGOCases is a CS2 case opening platform operated by WOG Jarosław Ptasiński, founded in 2014 and based in Warsaw, Poland. The site offers both company-created and user-created cases for players to open, featuring a straightforward interface that prioritizes basic functionality over modern design elements.
The platform functions through a traditional case opening system where users deposit funds and purchase cases containing CS2 skins. CSGOCases offers around 90 company-created cases alongside numerous user-generated cases through its Case Creator feature. Users can deposit through multiple payment methods including Bitcoin, Ethereum, PayPal, Skrill, Paysafecard, bank transfers, and notably SMS payments via the Zen payment service. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set at $2, with withdrawals exclusively available as CS2 skins rather than cash. New users receive a welcome bonus upon registration with a promotional code.
Beyond standard case opening, the site includes an Upgrade mode and distributes free daily cases to users who complete simple tasks like updating their Steam profile. CSGOCases operates a multi-level referral system with up to six tiers, rewarding users up to 10% for bringing new players to the platform.
The site regularly shares promotional codes worth around €0.50 through its social media channels, providing small bonuses to active community members. While the platform maintains high user ratings on review sites, it operates without a provably fair system, distinguishing it from many competitors in the CS2 case opening market.
